It truly is a life change... not a diet.

I still have about 85 lbs. to hit my goal weight. And mentally I still think I look like the first picture, when I'm obviously half of who I used to be. LOL I adjusted my macros in order to continue to drop and started doing more cardio.

Pardon my ignorance, what does "OP" stand for? Yes, I weigh, measure, prep and plan every meal so as to keep my food intake under or equal to my macro count for the day. I finally dropped 1.5 lbs., so hopefully I'm going to continue dropping again... Thanks for the advice!

Here's before and after as of today... I'm super stoked. Down -93.6 lbs. and counting!

Thank you!!

I'm on the same Journey. Thank you for posting these pics. It gives me more motivation!

I don't count calories. I count macros and set a plan every day of what I'm going to eat. 99% of the time it's under my calorie intake anyway. It works for me.

Not to change the subject but... I've lost 92 lb and now my weight has gone up and down a half a pound a day this whole week. I can't seem to get that last eight pounds off (before I set my next goal). Does anyone else have this problem? Any solutions or recommendations? I'm eating right and exercising everyday for at…

I'm in! Down 88 lbs., 12 from my first big goal! More to go... I'm looking for friends, support, and people who want a cheerleader too.

Ditto!

Hi all! I'm new to "forums", but not MFP. I'm almost a year into my journey and just found the discussions pages. It's been so helpful. I've lost 88 lbs., I have 12 more to go to hit my first big goal Aaaaand I'm stuck. UGH! LOL. I wanted to reach that goal by June 12th, but I'm doubtful that will happen at this point.…

Same here!! I've lost 88 lbs.... I've battled weight my whole life. I'm 12 lbs from my first goal, I feel amazing, and weigh less now than I did in high school. It's a long road, but it's worth it! You will do great!!

How exciting!! Way to go!!

I'm in! I need a cheerleader too at times, so I'll be yours in turn! I've lost 88, and I was a hopeless junk eater... if I can do it, you can too!!

It's possible you're not eating ENOUGH food... your body will store away fat, if it feels like it's starving. I started my journey last year in June. January a friend began coaching me... I've lost 88 pounds. Google "Macro Diets". I started out eating 2400 calories, lost 7 lbs in the forst 2 weeks eating 2400 calories. The…

Thank you all!! I'm not giving up that easily. I've come this far, I'll take a break at 100 lbs. then pick back up after a couple of weeks. :)

Oh, I had a WONDERFUL time on vacation. I did feel guilty afterwards because I felt like I failed myself... make sense? I've struggled with weight my whole life... I'm my own worst critic. It's a fault, for sure.

You look amazing! I'm down -87 lbs. and have a lot more to go... same journey as you. I didn't use surgery either. Thank you for your inspiration!!

I love Zumba, but I don't know when I'd fit in a visit to a gym. I need to find my Zumba video and dust it off to see if I can keep up with it anymore.

Yes, I've considered that.

That's awesome! Thank you! My nemesis is time. A little preface... I'm a single mom of 2, I work a 40-50 hour job, laundry, groceries, homework with the little one, their dinner, their bath time, my food prep time, etc., etc., etc.... exercise is typically on the back burner, which is a LOT of my problem. I have been…

TavistockToad - I've taken a day break here and there, or what I call a splurge day, for someone's birthday, or a special occasion... the week of May 8th we went on vacation, I ate horribly. LOL Of course, I regretted it the following Monday when I got back on the scale. I was a carb-aholic, prior to starting this diet,…

Thank you!! I know, I'm right there... I just need to push myself. I will set new goals after I hit the 100 lb. goal... probably after a brief intermission.

Hi all! I'm very new to forums... I've never joined one before. I don't even know if this is where I'm supposted to post, but I'm needing a little support, since I can't seem to muster it up for myself. I'm on a long journey... I've been on this journey for almost a year now. I've lost 87 lbs. since I began in June 12th…
