    I'm in! I'm down 53 pounds but 52 more to go. I still need support. I am on 1330 calories a day. I walked 10 miles yesterday, met my nutrition goals and still gained 1/2 a pound! HELP!

    Oh you may be UNDER eating!!!!! You might try kicking it up a bit! If u are 5'5" & up you may want to try 1550 (at the least) you also may need to tweek your nutrition goals too!! Your body has changed ! Switch up your exercise and try something new you have always wanted to!!!

    Water, muscle, too much salt in the last few days? Keep it up and you'll see results :)
