Small get together, just us and 5 other family members. We’re doing all the cooking, 2 turkeys (one traditional and one deep fried, we’ll have some leftovers!), mashed potatoes, stuffing, cheesy cauliflower, sweet potatoes, rolls, deviled eggs, corn and plenty of wine!!

My company has shut down for 2 weeks... to save money (we're a live sound company, almost all of our tours/shows/festivals have been canceled.. so there's no work to do) and to let all our equipment that travels the world to sit in our warehouse, letting time disinfect it. We weren't told to stay home and be quarantined…

My husbands company-wide GM conference was canceled, was supposed to take place 3/23. I'll be honest, I am really bummed I'm missing out on a free trip to Vegas. I've been looking forward to some warmth and getting away from life for a while.. UGH.

I was successful without one, lost quite a bit. But I did eventually get one and it was a big eye opener and I think helped me to lose quicker, as I was being more accurate. Now it's a daily part of my life, weighing everything...

Las Vegas trip in 20 days... I would like to be in my maintenance range (and be there comfortably for a few days before we leave).. I'm only a pound or two away, but we know those are the hardest to lose!

3 nights in a row this week I had (as a side salad) romaine, chopped up mini sweet peppers, banana peppers, carrots matchsticks and Greek yogurt Ranch dressing.. I don't know why it tasted so good to me. But I've really enjoyed it!

I plan ahead mentally on Sunday (and meal prep) but I actually log each day the morning of that day. I can always tweak as the day goes along, but I like knowing how many calories I have left and what I can play around with.
