    Breakfast- iced coffee, scrambled eggs

    Lunch- baked chicken, peanut butter chocolates

    Snack- toffeenut almond milk latte

    Snack- potato chips w/ salsa

    Dinner- homemade shakshouka, pita bread

    Breakfast: black cherry Greek yogurt, coffee with coconut milk whipped topping.

    Lunch: wheat rotini, homemade marinara & veggie meatballs. 1/2 Bartlett pear.

    Dinner: 2 smallish black bean, onion & veggie chorizo quesadillas on corn tortillas with Colby jack cheese and sour cream. Probably a scoop of cherry limeade sherbet after.

    Snack: three dark chocolates with almonds
    Lunch: grilled tilapia with honey glazed carrot rounds
    Snack: flaming hot popcorn and a glazed donut flavored one bar
    Dinner: more tilapia with potato, snap pea, and pepper mix, and vanilla milkshake flavored protein shake

    Lunch- scrambled eggs, potato chips w/ salsa

    Snack- cup of strawberry kefir, toffeenut almond milk latte

    Dinner- 2 chicken stuffed portabella mushrooms, a clubtails watermelon margarita drink :)

    Lunch: bourbon chicken w/ peppers & onions, 1/2 portion steamed rice, hot & sour soup, Diet Pepsi

    Snack: small peppermint bark white chocolate snowman & coffee

    Dinner: 2 egg omelet with sausage, fruit cup & 2 small hotcakes

    Breakfast: French toast bake with dried cranberries, raisins & sugar free syrup. Coffee.

    Lunch: refried beans with salsa, sauteed peppers & onions, 2 toasted corn tortillas, smoothie made with almond milk, strawberries & bananas.

    Dinner: homemade brown sugar meatloaf, green beans & broccoli.

    cup of dandelion root tea

    Dinner:
    Thai Spicy well done beef kapow and Thai jumbo shrimp fried rice, ice water to drink

    After dinner dessert and/or late night snack(s)
    huge scoop of some super YUMMY blackberry ice cream, 2 handmade large and loaded with pecans milk chocolate and caramel turtles

    Today:

    Breakfast:
    whole grapefruit, cup of Ethiopian coffee w/amaretto cream

    Lunch:
    vanilla honey greek yogurt w/fresh blueberries and strawberries

    Dinner:

    Lump meat crab cake, baked potato w/butter, cheese & sour cream, grilled asparagus, ice water to drink

    Breakfast: key lime Greek yogurt
    Lunch: cranberry almond chicken salad with celery sticks - I use the celery as a utensil to eat the chicken salad :) and 2 clementines
    Afternoon snack: dill pickle popcorn
    Dinner: going out with a friend for tacos. I have no self control around tacos, chips and salsa.. plus margaritas! Lord help me

    Snack: Skyr mixed berry yogurt

    Snack: Ice cream sandwich (140 cals from Aldi, nice small treat)

    Lunch: split peas with carrot/onion, cottage cheese scoop, whole apple.

    Dinner: vegan pumpkin pancakes with whipped topping & sugar-free syrup, vegetarian sausage patty, Roastaroma tea.

    Breakfast: 1/2 whole wheat sandwich thin with crunchy peanut butter (pre-gym), hashbrown breakfast casserole
    AM Snack: Strawberries, pineapple, blueberries and grapes
    Lunch: Cannellini bean, carrot and kale soup
    PM Snack: Apple cinnamon rice cakes
    Dinner: Grilled cheese and tomato soup
    Dessert: Apple crumb pie (had to budget accordingly for this delicious pie!!)

    Dinner: Homemade veggie eggrolls and homemade orange chicken
    Dessert: 1/3 pint Ben and Jerry's strawberry cheesecake ice cream

    Today-
    Breakfast: Coffee with milk and skinny syrup, protein shake consisting of powder, Greek yogurt, blueberries, and almond milk
    Lunch: Buffalo chicken salad with carrots, ranch, onion, tomatoes, and celery
    Snack: Nature's Valley chocolate peanut butter protein bar, 2 Recees hearts
    Later snack: Latte
    Dinner: Homemade veggie eggrolls with orange shrimp

    AM Snack: Banana
    Lunch: Leftover apple stuffed pork loin, sweet potato and green beans
    PM Snack: Pineapple and grapes
    Dinner: Salmon salad wrap, a few chips and a pickle
    Dessert: 1/2 slice of Italian lemon cream cake, 1/2 slice of chocolate cake with peanut butter icing (thankfully this fit into my calories!)

    Also: red wine, two pieces of raw cookie dough

    Selzermint555 your custard paczki had me drooling!!!! I also envy you live near a Braum's they are soooo good..My husband and I had to spend a few months in Oklahoma and the town we stayed in had one..They became one of our favorite ice cream places..we ordered alot of their German chocolate.

    If there's calories left after dinner prolly gunna have chocolate of some kind!
