A bowl of frosted mini wheat topped with 1/2 of a banana, chopped pecan halves and raisins. 1 cup skim milk for cereal and 1 cup coffee with Splenda and half and half
Lunch
Side salad with lou malnati's salad dressing and 2 slices frozen pepperoni pan pizza. Large diet coke
Dinner
Fruit and maybe a couple of Christmas cookies 🍪😋 still kinda full

Lunch: General Tso's chicken with veggies & 1/2 order steamed rice, crab rangoon, diet cola, 2 chocolates and 2 cookies.
PM Snack: biscotti & coffee.
Dinner: English muffin pizza & salad.2 -

A bowl of raisin bran with pecan halves and 1/2 of a banana. Unsweetened almond milk for the cereal and 2 cup coffee with Splenda and half and half
Lunch
A tomahawk steak ( it's 3 pounds so split with my husband), shrimp with cocktail sauce, a baked potato with sour cream, side salad and sautéed mushrooms/onions to put on top of steak. A large diet coke
Dinner
A slice of caramel maple apple pie topped with Baskin-Robbins winter white chocolate ice cream. I plan to warm the pie too🤗

Yesterday:
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch (after a run): big smoothie
Dinner: mini feast of only 3 fishes (smoked salmon with cream cheese on cucumbers, mussels with sauce of white wine, onions, garlic, and tomatoes sopped up with warm bread, and then clam linguine with zucchini, asparagus, and mushrooms in a cream sauce)
Too stuffed and exhausted for dessert, so that will have to be tonight.3 -

Breakfast: Salmon with spinach, cream cheese, and a fried egg on a plain bagel. Mimosa.
Snack: Coffee.
Snack: Apple cider spiked with prosecco.
Dinner: Roasted turkey, homemade scalloped potatoes, green beans, and broccoli with red blend wine.
Snack: Likely a few bites of not-thickened-properly fudge, potentially another glass of wine.4 -

B- 3 protien pancakes with pb2 powder and jelly with coffee
L- Hummus wrap with grilled chicken and sour cream, salad with parm cheese, strawberries with reddi whip
S- lower sugar maple oatmeal
D- 2 hamburger patties with reduce fat cheese one on a bun with with hughes no sugar bbq sauce and spinach
S- 100 calorie chocolate muffin in a mug with 1tbs chocolate chips, 2 strawberries, and reddi whip2 -

Breakfast - 2 egg cheese omelette
Snacks - crackers and cheese, 2 cookies
Dinner - roasted chicken, corn, homemade bun, stuffing and gravy
Dessert - chocolate cake
My nutrition has not been the best over the holidays so I can’t wait to go back to healthier eating tomorrow2 -

Lunch: leftover stuffed winter squash (stuffing was ground beef with tomatoes, carrots, and parsnips, with jalapenos and chili seasoning)
Christmas Dinner: pork tenderloin and spaetzle with mushroom gravy plus apple and beet salad with pinenuts and goat cheese
Dessert: gingerbread cookies1 -
Breakfast: espresso with 1tbsp coconut/almond creamer
Brunch: homemade breakfast sausage, 1 egg fried in ghee
Afternoon/Evening grazing: Beanito Nacho Chips, guac, salsa, Blu Diamond chia crackers, brie, serrano ham, aged cheddar cheese, unsweetened applesauce & oatmeal cookies (oats, pecans, bananas, applesauce, cinnamon, coconut cream/almond milk)

S- tortilla chips and white queso chips
D- mac and cheese and peas
S- sugar free chocolate chips, and a banana1 -
Breakfast: 1/2 English muffin with mustard & mayo & a fried egg, a lot of blueberries, coffee.
Snack: glazed donut & coffee
Late Lunch: small vegetable sushi roll w/ ginger, cactus rose sparkling water.
Dinner: kung pao chickpeas w/ celery, carrots & green onion. A little later, I had string cheese and 2 Andes mint chocolates.1 -

Lunch: Onion, mushroom, zucchini in red sauce over pasta noodles
Snack: Cottage cheese with pepper sprinkled on, grapes
Dinner: Turkey pot pie
Dessert: Potentially a slice of chocolate cake if I have the motivation to bake this evening. Hot cocoa with whipped cream if not.2 -
Breakfast: homemade crepes with vanilla Greek yogurt filling and berry topping (blend of blueberries/raspberries/strawberries cooked down), Califia Farms cold brew coffee.
Lunch: hummus and cut veggies, probably, after the big, later breakfast.
Dinner: Thai takeout, I'll probably do the spicy beef "salad" with jasmine rice.2
