Breakfast: key lime Greek yogurt
Lunch: cranberry almond chicken salad with celery sticks - I use the celery as a utensil to eat the chicken salad and 2 clementines
Afternoon snack: dill pickle popcorn
Dinner: going out with a friend for tacos. I have no self control around tacos, chips and salsa.. plus margaritas! Lord help me1 -
Breakfast: Oatmeal with cinnamon, almond butter, blueberries, and banana
Lunch: Veggie burrito with rice, salsa, black beans, corn, roasted peppers and onions, and cheese
Snack: Skyr mixed berry yogurt
Dinner: Thai peanut chicken ramen
Snack: Ice cream sandwich (140 cals from Aldi, nice small treat)1 -
Breakfast: bean sprout 1-egg omelet with Sriracha, wheat toast & cantaloupe. Coffee.
Lunch: split peas with carrot/onion, cottage cheese scoop, whole apple.
Dinner: vegan pumpkin pancakes with whipped topping & sugar-free syrup, vegetarian sausage patty, Roastaroma tea.1 -

Breakfast: 1/2 whole wheat sandwich thin with crunchy peanut butter (pre-gym), hashbrown breakfast casserole
AM Snack: Strawberries, pineapple, blueberries and grapes
Lunch: Cannellini bean, carrot and kale soup
PM Snack: Apple cinnamon rice cakes
Dinner: Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Dessert: Apple crumb pie (had to budget accordingly for this delicious pie!!)2 -
Breakfast: peach Greek yogurt & coffee
Lunch: TVP taco salad with peppers, onions, salsa & sour cream. Whole pear.
Dinner: leftover meatloaf, broccoli, green beans and later, coffee w/ a big fat custard pączki (planned ahead for that obviously)1 -

Breakfast: Coffee with milk and sugar, Greek yogurt and blueberries
Lunch: Buffalo chicken salad with carrots, ranch, celery, and tomatoes
Snack: Protein shake
Dinner: Homemade veggie eggrolls and homemade orange chicken
Dessert: 1/3 pint Ben and Jerry's strawberry cheesecake ice cream
Today-
Breakfast: Coffee with milk and skinny syrup, protein shake consisting of powder, Greek yogurt, blueberries, and almond milk
Lunch: Buffalo chicken salad with carrots, ranch, onion, tomatoes, and celery
Snack: Nature's Valley chocolate peanut butter protein bar, 2 Recees hearts
Later snack: Latte
Dinner: Homemade veggie eggrolls with orange shrimp2 -

Lunch: Leftover apple stuffed pork loin, sweet potato and green beans
PM Snack: Pineapple and grapes
Dinner: Salmon salad wrap, a few chips and a pickle
Dessert: 1/2 slice of Italian lemon cream cake, 1/2 slice of chocolate cake with peanut butter icing (thankfully this fit into my calories!)1 -

Lunch: Peanut Butter and jelly sandwich, popcorners white cheddar

Dinner: Chicken sandwich and sauteed asparagus

Lunch: Romaine salad w/ chicken, cucumbers, yellow bell pepper, walnuts, cranberries, blue cheese, olive oil
PM snack: plain yogurt and pretzel sticks
Dinner: homemade pad thai with rice noodles, chicken, green onions, carrots, cilantro, bean sprouts, peanuts

My lunch: tuna in olive oil, green olives and grape tomatoes with a dash of red pepper0 -
Breakfast: avocado toast w/ bagel seasoning, fried egg w/ hot sauce, coffee
Lunch: deli turkey sandwich with mustard & pickles, Piatto's nacho pizza chips, cole slaw & cantaloupe
Dinner: leftover meatloaf, green beans & broccoli.1 -

Selzermint555 your custard paczki had me drooling!!!! I also envy you live near a Braum's they are soooo good..My husband and I had to spend a few months in Oklahoma and the town we stayed in had one..They became one of our favorite ice cream places..we ordered alot of their German chocolate.2

Breakfast: "macchiato fridge oats" (chia seeds, oats, strong coffee, syrup, almond milk & coconut whipped topping...pretty good) & coffee
Lunch: leftover meatloaf, ginger carrots, broccoli, whole apple.
Dinner: homemade thin crust pizza w/ marinara, olives, onions, peppers and mushrooms & two bottles of Abita Mardi Gras Bock2
