    Breakfast: boiled egg, toaster waffle w/ butter & sugar-free syrup, coffee

    Lunch: split peas w/ carrot & onion, scoop of cottage cheese, Granny Smith apple & Earl Grey tea

    Dinner: 3 slices of Dominos pepperoni & beef hand-tossed pizza and a scoop of Braum's cherry limeade sherbet

    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer and 2 sugars
    Lunch: Cabbage and shrimp pancakes topped with a mixture of Greek yogurt/Sriracha/soy sauce
    Snack: Tastes of the batter and icing while making a cake
    Dinner: Either homemade Thai chicken pizza or going out, still undecided
    Dessert: Homemade pistashio cake with vanilla cream cheese icing

    Dinner- homemade chicken tikka masala, mini pita breads

    Breakfast: 1/2 of a whole wheat sandwich thin with peanut butter, 1/2 of a sausage and cheese breakfast pita
    AM Snack: Strawberries and blueberries
    Lunch: Southwest shrimp salad with romaine, corn, shredded cheese, red peppers and ranch
    PM Snack: Apple, string cheese
    Dinner: Chicken power bowl at Taco Bell with black beans, rice, pico and guac

    Breakfast: Chobani chocolate hazelnut Greek yogurt & coffee

    Lunch: Steak & Shake triple burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle & mustard. Applesauce side.

    Dinner: tofu stir fry with all of the veggies and half portion of brown rice. Afterward, a lot of fresh pineapple.

    Lunch: seasoned & roasted chicken breast, roasted sweet potatoes & sauteed green beans
    Afternoon snack: pepperjack spreadable cheese wedge
    Dinner: slow roasted pork tenderloin, cheesy cauliflower and a salad with romaine, carrots, red bell pepper, banana peppers and Greek yogurt Ranch dressing

    Breakfast: oatmeal with banana, peanut butter, a few hazelnuts & mini chocolate chips. Coffee.

    Lunch: open-faced tuna melt with chopped boiled egg & cheddar, sugar snap peas, Granny Smith apple.

    Dinner: white bean & TVP chili, slice of cornbread, and Chocolate Covered Katie blueberry oat crumble with coconut milk whipped topping.

    Breakfast: Coffee with milk and chocolate hazelnut skinny syrup
    Snack: Pineapple mango protein shake
    Lunch: Spicy tuna cakes topped with a greek yogurt/sriracha mixture over cabbage and carrots
    Snack: Bite or two of pistachio cake, hot tea with milk and sugar
    Dindins: Either pierogies topped with mushroom, onion, and cheese or a mushroom/onion/cheese omelette
    Dessert: Actual slice of pierogies

    Still gunna have a ways to go to hit protein and have plenty of calories, so gunna incorporate an extra protein snack in there somewhere.

    Lunch- baked chicken, peanut butter chocolates

    Snack- toffeenut almond milk latte

    Snack- potato chips w/ salsa

    Dinner- homemade shakshouka, pita bread

    Breakfast: black cherry Greek yogurt, coffee with coconut milk whipped topping.

    Lunch: wheat rotini, homemade marinara & veggie meatballs. 1/2 Bartlett pear.

    Dinner: 2 smallish black bean, onion & veggie chorizo quesadillas on corn tortillas with Colby jack cheese and sour cream. Probably a scoop of cherry limeade sherbet after.

    Snack: three dark chocolates with almonds
    Lunch: grilled tilapia with honey glazed carrot rounds
    Snack: flaming hot popcorn and a glazed donut flavored one bar
    Dinner: more tilapia with potato, snap pea, and pepper mix, and vanilla milkshake flavored protein shake

    Dinner- 2 chicken stuffed portabella mushrooms, a clubtails watermelon margarita drink :)

    Lunch: bourbon chicken w/ peppers & onions, 1/2 portion steamed rice, hot & sour soup, Diet Pepsi

    Snack: small peppermint bark white chocolate snowman & coffee

    Dinner: 2 egg omelet with sausage, fruit cup & 2 small hotcakes

    Breakfast: French toast bake with dried cranberries, raisins & sugar free syrup. Coffee.

    Lunch: refried beans with salsa, sauteed peppers & onions, 2 toasted corn tortillas, smoothie made with almond milk, strawberries & bananas.

    Dinner: homemade brown sugar meatloaf, green beans & broccoli.

    cup of emperor puh erh tea

    Lunch:
    cup of dandelion root tea

    Dinner:
    Thai Spicy well done beef kapow and Thai jumbo shrimp fried rice, ice water to drink

    After dinner dessert and/or late night snack(s)
    huge scoop of some super YUMMY blackberry ice cream, 2 handmade large and loaded with pecans milk chocolate and caramel turtles

    Today:

    Breakfast:
    whole grapefruit, cup of Ethiopian coffee w/amaretto cream

    Lunch:
    vanilla honey greek yogurt w/fresh blueberries and strawberries

    Dinner:

    Lump meat crab cake, baked potato w/butter, cheese & sour cream, grilled asparagus, ice water to drink
