  • M fabulous, 64, how do I join 40 + or is there a 60+ club here.l have been struggling for almost two years to loose 50lbs. So far, I have lost 15lbs. I eat 3 meals. My problem is, I snack often. Always thinking what is next to put in mouth. Please help.

I can't exercise much due to artritis of both knees. I walk 5000 - 8000 steps 2/3 times a week. Enjoy your achievement & thanks for the inspiration.

  • Hope. Don't have it in your home. I do the same with nuts. I can't control the portion. If it's not in your house you won't eat it often. And if you want it, buy the few you want for that one day meal.
  • Hope. You can do it. I did but be determined. I was so scared when the dr told me I was borderline. I immediately went on quaker oatmeal/steel oats every morning and made some changes to my food, more vegetable than anything else on my plate. You will succeed. Good luck.
