Losing weight can take anywhere from weeks to years depending on the amount of weight someone needs to lose. I need to lose about 80-100lbs. Thats going to take a while. My next thread may be about my diet or exercise or whatever. When I lose the weight, yes I will post in the success stories part of this forum.

Hey. Yes its true. I want to lose anywhere from 80 to 100lbs. Most things I eat daily are basics. Like apples and bananas. Rice, spaghetti, meat, etc. My diet is very clean at the moment. Yesterday I fit in 2 chocolate bars into my diet without the app. Worked out fine. Only the day before I overate by about 200 calories.…

Well I also weigh my food on a food scale. I think that reduces the chance of overeating.

Very bland, though. The cheat days balanced it, but now I'm thinking of going at it from a more balanced perspective: eating chocolate every now and then instead of once a month. I'm sorry. I just meant to help others from my experience, and maybe give myself a motivational boost to get back on track.

Not really. I had a cheat day once every 4 weeks which ended up in stomach aches. What i ate: Rice, eggs, minced meat, chicken, protein shakes. I did drink cola light I believe.

Last week i binged twice. Because of these binges i avaraged at 2500 calories taken a day instead of 2000. I binged because i just came from the gym and handt eaten.

30 minutes walking on the treadmill ot HIIT training and afterward 30 minutes elliptical. It says i burn 300 caloriee in those 30 minutes on the elliptical. Treadmill 100-200 calories in those 30 minutes. I bike to the gym. 10 minute bike ride to the gym.

Thanks! Even if I do end up with loose skin. No problem. Better health is the goal. But the prospect of having no loose skin at the end makes me less worried, so thanks!

I did lose 50lbs in the past. I had four abs showing. No loose skin. I was 20 years old. To get back to that state id have to lose 70lbs now. I want to lose an extra 20lbs, which makes the total 90lbs, to be really lean, even though i was pretty lean when i lost the 50lbs.

This week I've gone to the gym 7 times already. I'm going to hit the gym soon, so that will make it 8 times! I wish I could have gone working out on monday, but I donated blood, so not a good idea. Two days in this week I've gone to the gym twice! Morning and evening cardio=] I don't have 100lbs to lose, but about 80-90lbs…
