I once lost 50lbs and was very fit. Abs showing, looking great, healthy, you name it. Now i need to lose 70lbs to get back to my previous state.
I was fit for about a year and then started gaining it back.
Being fit feels great. The best benefit is the complimentw from other people and looking sexy as hell in clothes.
There are no real down sides to being fit. Getting there is the hardest part.
Shoot me any questions about how being fit is like. What i did to stay in shape and what i ate.
For the guys: girls love fit guys.

Not really. I had a cheat day once every 4 weeks which ended up in stomach aches.
What i ate:
Rice, eggs, minced meat, chicken, protein shakes.
I did drink cola light I believe.0 -

There are actually a lot of "fit" people here. Your post sounds a little like you think everyone here is and always has been overweight.
Welcome and best of luck losing the weight!3 -

Very bland, though. The cheat days balanced it, but now I'm thinking of going at it from a more balanced perspective: eating chocolate every now and then instead of once a month. There are actually a lot of "fit" people here. I'm sorry. I just meant to help others from my experience, and maybe give myself a motivational boost to get back on track.

You can definitely get there! Health is whats important, but I think being fit can equal health, so the two can come together.1
