Anyone else stopped counting calories on the app?
It was too bothersome. Its probably a week, maybr longer, that i havnt counted calories in the app. I just count calories in my head. Much easier. Probably easier to overeat, but you can get better at counting caloroes.

Could I eat 3000 calories a day when I reach my goal weight?
Hi. I changed my lifestyle by doing daily cardio and weight training at least 5 times a week. My goal weight is 125-135lbs. Im 5 foot 6 and a male. Im a big eater too. Could I get away with eating 3000 calories a day if im still doing the daily cardio and 5 times a week weight training? Anyone with similar experience?

Ellepicall vs treadmill?
Hi there. Online im reading the treadmill is comparable to elleptical calorie wise. If thats the case, how come im drenched in sweat from 10 minutes on the treadmill vs not so drenched on the elleptical for 10 minutes? Im around35%bf but my abs are visible what does this mean
Uper 2 abs. In the light they are visible. Also: im want to lose 80-100lbs. Any idea if I wil have loose skin? This picture was taken about an hour after a workout of abs and cardio.

Why do people say weight training prevents loose skin?
How? Muscle build up? Even so, you would need to gain a lot of muscle to cover loose skin if you are like 150lbs overweight. I ask because i have about 90-100lbs to loose for a six pack.

Had a cheat meal yesterday, not sure how to feel about it
I just had this craving for KFC all of a sudden, and went ahead and ate a 2000kcal meal. How come some people get loose skin and others dont?
A guy in his twenties loses 40lbs and has terrible loose skin. A guy in his thirties same thing no loose skin. How? 40lbs isnt even a lot of weight to loose.

Keep eating too much
I overeat during stressful times. Like now i have exams coming up. Im overweight. Need to lose 57lbs to get to a healthy bmi. I derail on 2000 calories. Just cant seem to control myself at the moment with food. Any one with similar experiences? I think im at a dip atm. In the summer im going to rock.

How to stick to a diet?
This will sound really silly, but im having trouble adhering to a 2000 calorie diet. I used to be able to diet at 1250 or even lower calories because my feeling of being hungry dissapeared after a week. I work out a lot and do tons of cardio, and a decent amount of strenght training too.
