weight: 220lbs
Goal: 120-140lbs

Going to update this thread weekly.

Kicking it off:

went to the gym yesterday, trained my chest and did 45 minutes of cardio in total. Went to the gym today, trained back, and did 45 minutes of cardio.

What I ate today:

- 2 packs of noodles =600 kcal
- 1 half big apple = 75kcal
- 100g rice = 350kcal
- 125g minced meat = 250kcal
- 300g of chicken breast = 330 kcal
- 1 table spoon of olive oil = 125 kcal
- 2 tomatoes = 60 kcal
- spices = 50 kcal
- total: 1840 kcal
