So....I have exams coming up, need to study a lot for the coming month. In the summer It will be less stress, I hope, and will give me the opportunity to go on a diet and transision more into it.
Now I have this dilemma: how can I follow a diet in the coming month with all the exams coming up?
I want to follow this diet:
2000 calories on days working out
1500 calories on days not working out
My energy expenditure will probably be around 2500 calories each day.

I'm not sure how you can't follow a diet - you are going to eat I presume, so just make sure what you eat fits your calorie goal. I would be mindful of having too big a deficit around exams though, especially if it's a new thing- you don't want to be drained or brain dead!
I have exams at the moment - preplanned meals and meal prep helps.3 -

Thanks. Its just that....I don't know....I feel that dieting, the whole restricting myself, is giving me extra stress to worry about on top of the exam stress.0 -

Aim to do it, but don't stress about it. It's not worth it - but, logging isn't overly difficult or time consuming.0 -
Your exams are probably more important. Focus on them first. If you eat 2200 cals instead of 2000 it's no big deal. Just continue eating the way you normally would and avoid comfort foods as much as possible.1
