Before: 2013, when I first joined MFP, 215 lbs. After: Yesterday (my 60th birthday), 140 lbs. I haven't weighed 140 since I was 30 years old. It's been a slow, up-and-down process to get here. Maybe 15 pounds more to go... I'll know when I get there.
Thank you so much for sharing this! I'll be 60 in a couple of weeks. I've lost 75 pounds with ~25 more to go. While I'll happily take the loose skin I'm already seeing in exchange for all the benefits of my weight loss, it's encouraging to see and read what several years of maintenance looks like.
So much inspiration here! I'm just over 5' and I'll be 60 in 7 weeks. My highest weight (Jan 2016) was 220.
