Hi Maurine, I'm Clara I think just be self conscious and stay low with carbs and least possible with the sugar. Drink 8 cups of water a day and walk as much as possible. And the weight will start dropping. That's what I've been doing and it is working. Plus, I do 100 jumping Jack's before bed every day.

Eat walnuts and almonds or have lettuce when your to hungry. It really helps

Hard you have no idea imagine trying to lose weight watching everyone else eat what you cook but only smelling the food. Horrible! I want, I need to lose 50lbs. So I'm in the struggle with the rest of you.
