Been dieting a week now, hardest part is the food cravings. Lost it a few times late night. Trying to measure everything sucks, haha.
Food tips always welcome!! Trying to lose 15-20 pounds while maintaining muscle.

    Don't worry it's normal, I'm struggling with that too. It takes 2 weeks for your body to adjust and stop the cravings, stay strong! c:

    Hard you have no idea imagine trying to lose weight watching everyone else eat what you cook but only smelling the food. Horrible! I want, I need to lose 50lbs. So I'm in the struggle with the rest of you.
