Looking for something with high carbs and no fats to add in my high carbs day.

Now my high carbs day has already the typical healthy carbs like rice, sweet potato, oats, etc... I am looking for something I can snack on that has high carbs, that can be classified as junk food (I can afford it, I am bulking and I already eat enough healthy food, I just want something to bring as a snack that can wow me when it comes to taste). Remember, it has to be 0g of fats, I have enough of them during my high carbs day and I prefer to keep fats low. I already have high fats days, they are easier to pick when it comes to junk food.

    Candy, dried fruit (mangos mmm), sugary cereal (plain or with skim/almond milk?)

    Well basically all the powdered and gummy candies are at your disposal in the high carb, zero fat arena. Full calorie soft drinks and juices would also help you meet those macros requirements

    I see different entries for Frosted Flakes, some have 0g some have 1g. Next time you go to the grocery store go down the cereal isle and check out the labels. Also careful about candy as some of the gummy ones have some fat in them. To me 1-2g of fat wouldn't matter in the grand scheme of things, but I know you like things to be exact in the macros department. I bulked intuitively so I am pretty much the opposite of you when it comes to accuracy :p

    Angel food cake is another option, even better if you slice it in half and fill it with jam. I've also been known to pour a bit of reduced sweet fruit juice over it (fruit sauce without the pulp?). It soaks it up and becomes incredibly moist and delicious, but you need to play with the ratio so it doesn't turn soggy.

    Has opened a American sweet shop, it
    Sells the family size bags as well.

    No more stocking up when I go to the Trafford centre anymore

    dried apricots are my current addiction. I also keep a 6lb bag of gummy bears in my kitchen to fill in carbs as needed

    Gummy candies is a great one, but I dont' know how many calories you're looking to add you'd have to eat a lot lol Aunt Jemima pancakes with a lot of real maple syrup is what my bf uses a lot on a bulk. You can make them with egg whites rather than whole eggs if you are really desperate to keep fats at nothing but the syrup is where you will see the carbs and the pancakes make a fluffy vessel to make sure you get it all (and delicious)
