I'm still steadily losing weight at a slow rate. I didn't make my November weight goal of 153 lbs. So I've changed my December goal to 150 lbs. I do however notice some NSV's. I've lost 1 1/2 inches from my waist, 2 inches from my thighs, and 2 1/2 inches from my hips. Although, I still have a little pooch in my belly, myโฆ
