Oct 8. 210 this was a rough week energy wise. Before starting I knew that I consumed a lot of sugar but didn’t really realize how much until this week. No pop, no juice, no candy, no chocolate. Grateful I have supportive co-workers. Beside tired, I may have also been cranky.
Oct 16. 209 the sugar cravings are much less this week. Hope you are all doing well.

Oct 13 217 Well that paid off this week. Been walking 3xs a day for 20 min and eating high protein lower carb.
Oct 20 217 I’m not sure why the scale didn’t budge. The only thing I can think of is that my sleep wasn’t great this week. Frustrating but I’m hopeful to bring the goal next week we have 11 days ladies!!

Hi everyone! I like this format, and I found this group late. Better late than never, let’s see what I can do by end of the month! My first time participating in any of these Community forums, so I hope I’m doing this right! 🤗
Goal weight is 130lbs (no specific date yet since I missed my “goal weight by 65years old” 🤨). However, I’m feeling 8/2025 should be realistic and VERY doable, taking into account ‘life & excuses’ but staying VERY optimistic throughout this latest journey! I know myself, and am taking into consideration self care in which I tend to ‘indulge’! 😬

You can do this! You have 11 days to make a change. Start planning your meals ahead of time and prepare them if you can ahead of time, and you'll see a big difference. And don't forget to drink your water!2 -

@jopa2012 - I like that you take progress pictures too. I just took my 6 week progress pictures. I think it's very helpful to see the progress. Especially when the scale moves slow. I also take my measurements. You're doing great! Let's finish this month on top!😃
@nebsip - Don't over think it. You've got this! Keep up the great progress. 👍
@Sdun1112002 - You can do it! You have a good plan. When my scale gets stuck, I eat a few less calories for 2 days. Then, I start losing weight again 〽️
@haslam5 - You're making great progress! Remember slow and steady, this isn't a race. 🔑
@AnaKam @x9ghbfsb5t & @jm216 - 💪Stay strong!💪

@Valveta I finally posted my progress pics, a couple days late. As I suspected, I can't see a difference yet, but we are our own worst critic sometimes.
I totally agree that seeing is believing and can be very inspiring and motivating to put progress pictures out there in front of you.
You didn't say how yours came out, are you seeing progress?2 -

Your comment has me laughing out loud! Because when I was learning to etch sayings on metal cups, the first one I made was for me. It said “hold on, let me overthink this!”
So true!🤣

Hi everyone! I’ve been on MFP for more than a decade now (on & off use). I’ve gone from a SW in 2016 of 269lbs to lowest in 2017 of 143lbs.
The 143lbs was what I’d call skinny fat and suffering from severe anemia. I’m currently at 182lbs and in pursuit of recomposition down towards 150lbs while building on (what Withings scale says) is 130lbs of muscle mass.
I have quietly tracked my meals for the last few months to get into a good rhythm and practice again and now that I feel solid there, wanting to join back into community groups which was super helpful during my weight loss! Looking for community and excited to participate - please add me to your friends if you see this post.

Only two days left in this challenge!
Everyone, that Halloween candy is for handing out, not consuming ourselves!
Everyone holds strong for just two more days and let's see the results on Wednesday!
That said, I will be starting up a November through the end of the year challenge. I know it's tough throughout the holidays (especially for those of us who have to go through Thanksgiving) but that's the challenge and that's what makes us stronger on the other side.
Happy Hall🎃ween!
