I weigh myself on Mondays. So here we are ! No loss but it has only been 4 days. Last week was not great with chronic illness flare up and chocolate for comfort. This week in Australia is very hot so swimming will be perfect exercise.

I'm proud of all of you for partaking in this challenge and all the hard work and sacrifice that you put into it.
As for me, I'm very disappointed myself, apparently, I didn't take it seriously enough. In two months, I only managed to lose 1 lb and at that, it's a temporary pound.
I wish everyone a very Happy New Year; may it be healthy and prosperous for us all! Go out and get your dreams!
