Denise , start your morning with a 2 egg omelette oz of meat 1/2 oz cheese and fatty tea or coffee will kill 800-900 calories easy

I started researching intermittent fasting and keto June 1st when I found out I was diabetic since then I have lost 30 lbs and my average BS went from 200 to 107 and my a1c from 8.5 to 5.8. Keto is amazing!

If you want great info on Keto look up Stephanie Person she does live stream and will answer questions she has been in strict ketosis for 10 years. Women is 50 and looks 30 she is amazing!

In Atkins it is low carb and hi protein and healthy fats, Keto does protein in moderation. Carbohydrate: 5-10% Fat: 60-75% Protein: 20-30% In keto you should be intaking minimum of 200grams of fat.

Kristinlemonnier... I don't see why one glass of wine would hurt as long as its not a sweet wine a dry red wine is what you want! Ketos might lower a bit but shouldn't knock you out too bad.

Same boat I am using this app to follow nutrients info and sugar contents! Was on WW for awhile it taught me to eat more but smaller and healthier options not less. Your body needs fuel to burn fat. Don't forget water is so important for weight loss! Good luck. We are both going to need it!
