Great loss. I have been on here for 80 days I have lost 17 pounds. I have a ways to go. My weight loss is slow but steady. I wish I could loose it faster. I am trying to be patient.

I never realized how much I was under eating on the food that I needed. I am a chronic over Eater. I have to struggle not to eat to much. It's getting better since I started increasing my protein and fiber. Count your self lucky that you don't have my problem

My fat stores in my tummy. Everywhere else is coming off nicely. SoI wish I could find out why it's so stubborn.

Welcome. Set a goal for 2 pounds a week. Log all food and activities. You will soon make your goal

Don't do diet. Log all food that you eat. Log all activities. Keep a calorie deficit. As you do no diet needed. Pick healthy food with as much protein as possible. I don't always make my goal. When I fail. I get back started the next meal or the next day. Welcome. This is a great place .
