I've been counting calories staying under by 4-500 daily. I exercise twice a week and drink plenty of water. All food I eat are healthy. How long until my goal is reached? Rough estimate?

Set a goal for 2 pounds a week. Log all food you that you eat. Add your daily activities. Be committed and the weight will come off.1
