20 bucks. Burlington coat factory. Shirts 15 bucks. Not spending more money until I’ve hit my maintenance goal.

Fit into 38/32 regular fit jeans. My previous jeans were 44/32 relaxed fit and tight when I started almost a year ago.

My wife has it. She’s lost 50 pounds in the last 8 months. Low calorie healthier eating. Going along with my diet geared towards keeping diabetes in check. Whole grains. No pasta. Brown rice. Fruit and veggie centric. Lean meats. 45-60 carbs per meal. 15-30 carbs at snacks. She’s probably around 1500-1800 cals a day.

I don’t worry about it. My meals range from 250-400 and my snacks range from 90 to 220 If I go to max on all 3 meals and 3 snacks I’ll be at slightly over my calorie goal of 1800. Most days I end up over 1800 around 2k and still lose over the course of the week.

My next mini goal is 257. I was at 258 at my lowest 15 years ago after losing 45 pounds on the Atkins. Now I’m at 267 after losing 100 eating better.

Ground turkey, chijuajua cheese, salsa, avocado, tomato and onion over greens. Little taco salad mash up that I like. Really filling. For more carbs I do brown rice instead of greens.

Creeping up on 100 pounds down. 50 to go.

If it’s a cheat meal log something close and don’t worry about it. As a normal rule of thumb for myself if I can’t log it I shouldn’t eat it.

42 pounds in the last 6 months through mostly changing my diet.

I went from 7.5 to 5.8 in 3 months. Got off met. Lost weight. I think my key is following the meal plan. 45-60 carbs each meal and 15-30 for 3 snacks in between meals. Doing this has taken me from 353 to 271lbs and counting. Discipline with the carbs is key.

I’ve added chicken to my snacks. Helps get the protein up and not too high cal. Beans are high carb. Nuts are high cal so just find your balance with your carb and calorie goal. I was eating a lot of nuts for a while but hit a plateau. Once I stopped the nuts I broke through it.

Got in a biggest loser challenge with a group of friends. So far so good.

I got one of these and don’t drink a diet pop until I have filled and finished it 3 times during the day.

I drink water and seltzer water. La Croix has some great ones. Also tea and coffee.
