Today I bought new clothes. I hate shopping but enjoyed the hell out of it. I was amazed. 103 down and 44 pounds to goal!!!
After a horrible December I’ve made January my *kitten*. Down almost 12 so far and almost 100 total. 50 pounds to go.

I struggle getting enough protein in the morning and i usually get really hungry in the afternoon even with snacking. Would a protein supplement be a good or bad idea for me during weight loss or is that stuff just for muscle building and work out stuff?
Has anyone done keto or other low carb high fat style diets to lose considerable weight maintained that for several years? I see all kinds of success stories but most are short term 1 year or less stories. I’m wondering if it is possible to maintain for long term.
I have finally been able to stick to what I start. I have 33 pounds lost in less than 2 months. I can't contain the excitement. A lot of the stories and posts here help. Thank you all for sharing. No fad diet. Simply lots of water, healthy eating and walking.
