I relate to your story and if you did it once, you can do it again. I recently, put on considerable weight and I only blame myself, which makes it worst. Look at the positives, you have the confidence to try! You can do this!

So depressing entering in my numbers. I had this app over a year ago and stopped using it. My weight went up about 60 lbs, my waist increased by 9 inches and I'm just feeling like I can't do this. One last night of fast food and then watch out tomorrow! Good luck all.
