Weight gain

Hi everyone,

I am in such terrible mood and place now. Last few months i started feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. Something i use to feel last time when i was overweight. I weight my highest 96kg and manage to lose 21kg and I was 75kg till last November 2016. I was moderately active. However since December 2016 till June 2017, I stopped being active. I had a desk job which means I always ate n sat and no activities what so ever. It truly is my fault for the weight gain. But i feel so down and horrible. I really need motivation to come back stronger. Please help me out

    I relate to your story and if you did it once, you can do it again. I recently, put on considerable weight and I only blame myself, which makes it worst. Look at the positives, you have the confidence to try! You can do this!
