Thank you, that’s why I have added exercise in. I have never beeen a person to exercise but I feel like losing the weight is only part of the solution to get fit so I’m exercising. Slowly building up.

Thank you, I do log my food and exercise still. I’m a bit obsessive about it. I’ve also started exercising. I walk and use the elliptical.

Thanks for all the insight! I am starting today upping my calories a little. Still going to log my food but I changed the settings to maintaining. We will see how that goes for a week or so.

I really am at a loss with no idea how to eat anymore. I’m a little worried for myself. I am 5’8 and 140 pounds now. I wear a size 4-6 so I don’t want to lose anymore at all but I’m so scared to gain any that I continue around 1200 calories and let myself have a splurge once a week

I was at 1200 calories a day and losing 2 pounds a week. When I set mfp to maintain I about had a heart attack.

I think tracking fiber would be better for me than the carbs. Just not sure how to change it in here.

Thanks guys. I’ve just came so far, 184 pounds gone and don’t want this to throw me off track. I work hard at not going over my daily allowances but fruit always makes me go over my sugar

I've had surgery and haven't seen any of these messages. Yes I've got a few pictures of me before I started and now. I've lost 120 pounds so far!

I eat mostly chicken or turkey breast. I eat tons of steamed veggies to. Mexican and Italian are my weaknesses. I omit the pasta and tortilla chips though. Crockpot is my best friend through the week and I grill a lot on the weekends.

I've been doing this for almost a year and have lost 115 pounds so far. I am not by any means an expert but have found what's worked for me. I count calories and fat mostly. This app I just log the food I'm eating and it tells me how much more I can have
