I am trying to maintain my weight. I’ve lost 186 pounds so far. I am struggling figuring out how much to eat now that I’m not trying to lose anymore. I find myself not eating enough calories because I’m afraid of gaining weight back. Suggestions please!

Stalling

Is there such a thing as to much protein?
I am just wondering if you eat more protein that what is alloted what will that do? There are days where I have to much protein according to mfp and I wonder if I'm hurting my progress

Tracking help
Ok I admit I hate exercise. My main sources are walking my dog and house cleaning. How do you know how many calories you burned? For example I just finished deep cleaning my stairs with the vacuum. I spent nearly an hour and carried the vacuum at least 10 times up and down the stairs trying to get all the dog hair up.
