No they don’t! As a matter of fact I have had people deal with it in so many different ways. I’ve had people be angry with me, cry when they see me, excited for me, people get inspired, shock... I’ve even lost friends over it 😔

My metabolism has completely changed so I have to eat large meals at night because I’m so active. No more losing weight! Trying to gain a little with muscle.

42 years old here. I try to motivate all that I can with my busy work schedule. Add me if you would like.

I am 6’ tall. I found that the 165-170 pound weight was ideal for what I like to do.

Exercises are getting easier so I’m having to increase the weight to them. I never thought that a size 32 jeans or pants would be my go to size but it is. My 18 year old son and I wear the same size pants and shirts!!

I try to eat all of the calories and some days I go over them but I’m just going into my Calories burned.

Im fixing to turn 42. These pictures are 1 year apart. I’ve lost 57 pounds during that time with walking, jogging and recently workouts at the gym. Still on a mission to slow down or even stop the clock on aging..Lol.

I quit cold turkey almost 5 years ago. I don’t really miss them anymore. Water, coffee, tea, juices and water packets have become my go to drink fixes. I drink water probably 75% of the time.

Homemade Sesame chicken with brown fried rice. Lightly fried in canola oil and baked to finish. Sauce is sweet and thick and made with coconut sugar.

Yes! I eat tons of fruit during the day. Turkey, chicken. Big meals at night (usually 800-1500 calories). Lots of items. I do a lot of cardio and strength workouts in the afternoon before dinner. I’m pretty active so I have to eat at various times when I get hungry. I’ve lost 57 pounds on here and 76 total since Jan 2017.

I always workout first and then eat later. Even if it’s 9-10pm at night! I personally have never seen any adverse effects from doing so. I might add that I do a lot of cardio.
