Exploded Cabbage Rolls. Easy and fast. I usually make it with ground turkey instead of beef. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/235997/unstuffed-cabbage-roll/

Ah, bread is my kryptonite! Current favourite is an olive polenta bread from one of the vendors at our local farm market. So good with a bowl of soup!

For the first time, I hit all my daily goals on my new fitbit. Even the stairs!

Looks awesome! Do you have a specific recipe or do you just wing it?

Congee made with brown rice & chicken broth was my go-to meal when I had a rough time after having wisdom teeth removed. I made it in the crock pot and it was lovely warm comfort food. As I could handle more I added soft cooked veggies and finely diced chicken to it.

I'm getting better about feeling cold - getting used to having less insulation, I guess. Conversely, though, I don't get as overheated as I used to when I go to the gym so I can work out longer.

Just ordered my first pair of pants in a misses size - and they fit!! I've been buying plus size pants for about 20 years.

The Boar's Head No Salt added turkey is AMAZING. I roll up a slice and eat it like plain when I need a protein snack.

TJ doesn't usually make their own Indian foods - I know I've found the same ready meals with different branding in the frozen section of various Indian grocers.

For me it was finding a challenge group here that would get me psyched again. I'd hit that point where the weight wasn't coming off as easily, etc. and it wasn't much fun. I joined the MFP Hogwarts Challenge group and that's made a world of difference. Just dragged my very non-morning-person carcass out for a quick bike…

Oh that's just *wrong*!

55 lbs to go from a 26 to a 20. I seem to be losing more on my hips and thighs now so hopefully that will make more of a difference.

I don't think so, unfortunately. I requested to join back in July but haven't heard anything. Feel free to friend me if you like, I've been doing my program since May.

Finally decided to try PB2 - so good! Had some in a chocolate protein shake today and it was amazing. A little goes a very long way, next time I'll use a bit less so it doesn't overcome the chocolate quite as much. It did make the shake thicker and richer though.

Cut into sections, spritz with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice of your choice (I like curry powder or garlic). Roast at 450 until done to your liking - I leave mine in for about 30 mins but I like them nice and browned on the bottom.

It can help with inflammation, but turmeric can react badly with certain prescribed medications (i.e. blood thinners). Check with your doctor before taking it.
