A ladies best outfit is their PJs and look "no filter" style. I see so many where i can't tell if they're real or mannequins

Welcome back and all the best with your fitness ambitions!! Plenty of time before the wedding to get into the shape you wish to be, if you stick to the routine above as well as diet then getting where you need to be will be a breeze!

Feel free to add, all about making everyone feel better ;)

Personally yes but known some who haven't. Key is consistency and to keep at it, took me about 2 weeks to notice the difference and this was doing fasted 4-5 times a week.

i've done parkruns virtually every saturday since early april and shaved 3 and a half mins off my time from when i started. best thing is to keep at it and do as much as possible and eventually the time comes down and having to stop will not be required. I'd recommend a garmin watch to keep track of the your splits and…

Personally, speed and quickness of recovery. I do parkruns virtually every Saturday, and after dropping 2 stone between Christmas and now, my times & performance have shot up, also not feeling the need to throw up afterwards is a bonus

to run 5k inside 20 mins, currently at 21:38 so fair bit to go

Differing opinions on this exercise but personally it's worked wonders for me, is "fasted cardio" i would recommend you do some research on it to see if it's for you :) regular exercise and well balanced diet is a must, but you seem to know what to do so as Machka9 says, just stick with it and the results will come :)

Buff is the way forward, though my place of work didn't agree for our post Christmas weight loss competition.

At least you've acknowledged the issue and made that decision to turn it round, step one is getting into a routine and by that i mean better diet and better exercise. Once this becomes habit, you will soon see the differences but it will take a little time, best advise i can give is to NOT give up on it too soon. I was the…

Les Mills bodypump either at gym or home (if you have the weights)

Big Quorn fan, rarely have proper meat anymore and feel better for it.

Friend of mine uses it and suggested it as i was struggling to lose as much weight per week as i wanted, eye opener in terms of calories had per day and in the 20 days i've been using, lost 6lbs

1st thing Monday morning "officially" anyway. I sometimes do after a 10k run (normally Saturday or Sunday) out of curiosity

Sign up to any local "Parkruns". Whilst only 5k, they're good practice for a 10k. I did the Birmingham 10k in April and the Parkruns certainly helped.

to "keep momentum going" with both exercise and diet, always been one for losing a few lbs and thinking i'm now ok to have (for example) that KFC or Pizza again cause i've lost weight then get back to square one. Been strict for just under 6 months and lost 2 stone with no intention of putting it back on

Does your gym do classes as if so, i highly recommend "body pump" or anything with a similar tone. Also look up "fasted cardio" :)

Burns excess body fat stored away, i would say Google it for a fuller description but i recommend it as works for me and others i suggested it to :)

May i recommend "fasted cardio" aka high pace walking on an empty stomach (apologies if you knew this, didn't mean to come across as patronising!) I've been on this for about a month and lost 4lbs doing it at last 4 times a week.
