I get bored really easy lol so I'm doing the 30 day shred but I'm doing other workouts as well. I'm doing the 30 day shred workouts every other day and doing different HIIT workouts on the other days

ahh I don't have one of those. I track my workouts on my phone or on the website.

Im on level 1 day 4 today. Got my workout in at 4am today! Here is to day 5 in the morning!

Just got done with day one of c25k! It was tough but I pushed through and finished it! And surprisingly I liked it!! It helped that I had a good playlist to!

So I don't have the actual c25k app so I cant track it the easy way lol How do I manually track it on here?

I will be starting c25k this evening when it cools down a little more :) we are going to have a high of 100 here in Oklahoma so I'm letting it cool down a bit.

I think my best bet for running outside would be in the evenings. I'm up by 4am at the latest to get ready before my little one gets up at 5 then its getting her ready for the day and getting her to daycare by 6:30. She goes to bed at 8 and I could run after that :) I do prefer the outdoors to running on the treadmill.

Thank you guys! Im so excited to start! Its so hot here in Oklahoma right now so I'm starting on my treadmill. I'm going to be getting some new shoes on my next pay day. Any brands you recommend?
