Loveee Sweatin to the Oldies! The 3rd is my favorite. I remember doing them with my mom as a small child and I've done them on and off through the years to stay active. My mom and I actually did the dance routine to Give Me Some Lovin as our Mother/Daughter dance at my wedding. It was so special and we laughed so much!

When I first went cold turkey, I would sometimes have a cup of hot tea. But I was also really trying to kick the caffeine because on a day I didn't have any, I'd end up with a horrendous afternoon headache.

I quit cold turkey aswell. I started mfp and looked at my daily calorie allotment and realized I'd much rather eat something for 200 calories than waste it on a beverage!

I've lost 40 pounds since mid July. Eating 1800 to 1500 calories per day. I've eaten maintenance for the last 10 days though.

It's funny because I refused to do before shots. These before shots are just from my camera roll. I have a lot of pics from just before I started on myfitnesspal because I got engaged in May at Disney... and boy those engagement trip pics helped to kick my butt into gear because I want my wedding pics to look amazing!

Love the progress and love all the pics! Totally reminds me that all those before, during, and after shots are worth it. I'm halfway to goal and didn't really think that it was so important to take a starting pic. Now I already regret it.
