Could you not take pics (front and back) with your phone camera and then put them together into a collage via a photo editor, then upload that as your progress photo?

Yeah I did think of that but it's for clients and getting them to use one app let alone others is a real pain.

Just upload them on alternating days? You don't need a new progress picture every single day, do you?

Absolutely, you're in the right place to ask questions like these! While some fitness apps or platforms might limit the number of progress pictures you can upload per day, there's usually a workaround.

If you're using a specific app or platform to track your progress pictures and can't find the option for multiple photos in a day, you might want to check if there's a daily limit mentioned in the app's settings or guidelines. Some apps encourage users to take one photo a day for consistency, but it doesn't mean you can't take additional pictures for your own records.

Regarding Remini for Mac,it's worth noting that Remini is primarily known as an app for enhancing and restoring photos, particularly for improving image quality. While it might not be directly related to progress pictures, you can certainly use Remini on your Mac to enhance the details and clarity of your fitness progress photos. This way, you can highlight the changes in your physique more effectively.

To use Remini on your Mac, you can explore its features and see how it can enhance the visual aspects of your pictures. It might be an interesting addition to your progress tracking journey, making your transformation even more visually striking.

Remember, the most important thing is to stay consistent with your progress tracking, whether it's using a specific app or enhancing your pictures with tools like Remini. Feel free to explore different options until you find the method that works best for you. Keep up the great work on your fitness journey!

A lot of times, I take front, profile and rear progress pics. Since I don't post pics but once a week (if even that often), I use the day before and/or after as needed.

Hey there! No need to apologize – it's a great question, and you're in the right place for fitness-related inquiries.

Absolutely, you can and should take more than one progress picture per day if it suits your routine and goals. While most people focus on front-facing shots to track changes in their physique, capturing different angles, like the back side, can provide a more comprehensive view of your progress.

Think of it as enhancing your tracking process. By including multiple angles, you create a more detailed visual diary of your fitness journey. Different perspectives help you assess muscle development, posture improvements, and overall body composition changes. It's like having a 360-degree view of your progress.
Remember, the goal is to celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Feel free to share your journey with the community here – support and encouragement can be powerful motivators. Keep up the fantastic work, and here's to capturing your enhanced fitness journey!

Just pointing out that any suggestions for OP are well past their use by date - the thread is from 2017 and he was last active on MFP in 2019
