Juice Soda pop Cookies catered at work (a thing I had to remind myself of often... Back when working in person was a thing). Or other mediocre desserts. Although it's not always easy to tell before taking one. Little Debbie or other grocery store desserts Most other things are worth it to me :D

Today for a snack I had some plain greek yogurt, with a squirt of sugar-free pumpkin syrup, and cut up apple pieces. It gave me a real fall apple/pumpkin vibe!

I was in Denver for 5 days last summer and went to Voodoo donuts 5 times. No shame. On the last day I bought a dozen and carried them on my flight home with me. :D

I saw an add for Daiya (vegan brand) ice cream bars at my local Kroger store. I think they are new? If anyone tries chocolate fudge crunch let me know :)

A plant based diet is the same as a vegan diet. People started using the term "plant based" because the word vegan scares others off. Personally, my vegetarian diet is a choice not related to my weight.

Did anyone get this deal? I went to my DQ and they told me it was a misprint, and my app only had a buy 1 get 1 free coupon. They did have the fall flavors though.

I found it at my Payless which is a Kroger brand store. I looked just a few days earlier and they didn't have it, so I'd say keep on checking. It was $5.49, their other pints are $4.99 or $5.49 depending on the type. I hope I didn't oversell it. I really liked it, but I don't have as much experience with these ice creams…

I've only ever had the oatmeal halo top dairy free, which I like, but I liked this one more. It's creamy and a bit airy which I guess is why they're calling it a mousse. Overall I'm not sure I would've realized it was low calorie, the texture & taste was closer to regular ice cream for me.

I found the So Delicious Mousse at my store yesterday. YUM! I ate the whole thing in one sitting (which I don't do often). No thaw time required.

It's used a lot among vegans, because of the B vitamins. I think it was actually designed as a supplement for vegans? I use it (vegetarian here) on vegetables and pasta.

I normally workout in leggings. Today at the gym I wore shorts instead, and I could see some muscle definition in my thighs! No idea what that muscle is called (inside of my thighs, close to my knees) but I am pretty impressed!
