Ha ha, no we don't have our weights on them. i am about to change my address on mine and will probably change the photo too as i am 185lbs lighter than the last photo. ( our photos are valid for 10yrs i think, and just an address change usually means we don't need to send new pics)

as you are young as has been said you will probably not have as much problem as us older guys and gals,(i've lost 186lbs and still got another 80 to go and i'm 51yrs old and been overweight most of my life so for me loose skin is a given) but use a good moisturiser all over and drink lots of water to keep yourself…

I found that the younger doctors at the surgery had a better understanding on weight loss, but google and you tube are a mine of information.I did ask the doctors if they would pay for a gym membership for me, haha but not suprisingly they declined....having lost 185lb they now ask me what i have done!!
