Ok, thanks to all, now I've worked out my daily deficit which is 1368 to loose weight I have said I am lightly active, here goes my two weeks complete workouts & daily calories, just to say also, I have tried 1200cals per day without success so went back up to 1410 so lets see what an in between calorie intake can do for…

I was told by a PT not to enter my work outs, I started at 71lbs and now approx 76lbs, sorry to sound thick but what's TDEE? I'll start tracking my work outs too

I thought this might be the case about muscle build but I'm hardly seeing results on the tape measure either

49, I've took everyone's advice on here I mixed it together, I'll track every bit I eat and drink and see if I have any results, my daily calorie intake is 1200 and I don't enter my work outs so I'm obviously burning off a hell of a lot more than I'm taking in
