I’m 42 and in the UK. Let’s make 2021 we year our year for making long term change!

Thanks everyone. I think maybe too much of a drastic change, had something else to eat and I feel loads better. Probably not enough sleep and too much stress but that’s standard for me juggling work and little people.

I had a smallish one that they were in two minds about whether or not to remove. It was a dermoid cyst so very slow growing. I did have it taken out in the end by keyhole surgery and it was pretty straightforward. I was back home the same day. Try not to worry xx
