As someone with thick hair, I've found it does best with less washing. That being said, I shower once every 2-3 days. No complaints from the wife or anyone else about smelling, but I change my clothes often. This is working out 5 days per week. I don't know what the obsession is with showering... Bacteria are good for us…

Sweet potatoes, boil 'em until they are tender, add cinnamon and ginger. No sugar necessary if they are done right. You can add peanut butter to round out the macros.

Meal prep will change your life, so I suggest making a large amount and save it. Enjoy the cost/time savings ad infinitem. It is freeing. I don't recommend cooking them in the oven, however; because…

Supplements are mostly overhyped, especially if you aren't doing the essentials like sleeping >6 hrs per night, hydrating, and eating real food. That being said, I use whey protein powder (supplement my vegetarian diet), and multivitamins every so often (though much research has shown these are probably unnecessary). Also…

To those of you who want to lift weights, but don't have access: a barbell and weight set can be had for $200-500+, depending on where you get it. A squat/power rack can run you $100-500+. Buying mine years ago has saved me soooo much in gym memberships and time commuting to and from the gym, not to mention increased focus…
