I known this sounds like a weird question, but I want ask my bros out there if they shaved their armpits. I am thinking about shaving mine this evening and wanted to get some input and thoughts. Thanks bros!

Only if they want to seriously though, maybe not shave them, just trim them down. You could get razer burn which sucks plus it'll just be one more thing you have to do everyday or everytime you shower1

I came here to stare at the Bros...3

As a woman my vote would be no, trim if you like but seeing a man with no underarm hair would sort of freak me out. Unless only you and a SO will see this, don't do it6

If you want it,
There it is.
Go and shave it.2 -
dont shave them, Wax them. much smoother and oh so nice.10

Hell naw0

No shame here, I do. Feels more hygienic and looks more aesthetic. Full bro6

personal choice. i hate shaving mine so i don't do it very often, but i barely grow armpit hair so i also just tend to forget about it.2

But seriously, do whatever makes you happy.0

Underarm shaving is a pita. If you don't keep up with it the stubble causes chafing (especially if you're active) and I find I start to stink up a lot faster with shaved pits.
With that said, it's up to you to decide if it's worth the hassle. If you like the aesthetic, then by all means go for it, and don't worry about what others think about it. After all, it's your hair.0 -
Go for it. It will help you with both Gaining Weight and Body Building... however, I'd suggest that instead of shaving you just "man up" and use a roll of duct-tape. Quick and easy.12

Not a bro, but my grown son shaves his. He shaves eeeeverything. My husband does not. I would love it if he did.0

Shave it all off I say!0
-
Sure! Shave your armpits! It grows back if you miss it later.1
-
My wife wants me to shave mine... I refuse. I do trim them though.1
-
I do, my armpits get more air to them without the hair. Also, they do not sweat as much.1
-
why is this here?
so confused.
Whatever- do you. I hate long arm pit hair- I think it's super gross on someone I have to cuddle with- but my SO shaves and I find it slightly odd- but not off putting. IMHO it's the same thing as women who shave/don't shave- do whatever makes you happy- someone somewhere will care or not care- and then you'll know whose worth keeping or not in your inner circle.3 -
enjoy the male privilege till it lasts.3
-
If it makes you feel more confident, go for it! If you're bodybuilding, hair might obscure the details when you are staring in the mirror.0

I nag my husband to shave his, b/c it cuts down on stink. Pit hair also grosses me out in general.1
-
No one should shave their pits!21
-
IMO, trim yes, shave no...4
-
I think so.. Its nasty to see untrimmed bushy arm pit hair... Also dudes with hair tend to have BO... I use a beard shaver and trim mine...1
-
I don't think any human "should" shave anything. Do it if you want, don't if you don't want.12
-
NO. I mean. . .do what you want, but I'm just not into the whole "manscaped"/metrosexual kinda guy.
But don't listen to us, it's your body!3 -
Up to you. I would at most trim it. I already cut my beard and hair to about 6mm so I guess I could trim the pits at same time. Still I am lucky and not a lot of body hair so I likely wouldn't bother. I also really don't care if a lady shaves or not. Completely up to the person. As long as people don't smell I could care less their cosmetic habits.1
-
Do what makes you feel the most comfortable. I personally like a man with some armpit hair, but it wouldn't weird me out or shock me to see a guy with shaved pits either. Trimming is a nice middle ground.0

So much wrong here, lol.6 -
No. They should wax them. Why should we be the only ones to go through torture?3
