Heavens Gate nikes and alligator socks.

Yup face pulls and band pull apart in between sets. You can pick up a slingshot if you want to prevent injury when you're pushing some real heavy weight
-
I have a membership for free breakfast and pizza night and tanning honestly haven't even walked past they foyer.
-
It never gets easier; you just get stronger
-
Also you can buy just two 45 pound bumper plates typically they're bigger than steel 45s and oddly being them in with you or leave them there and write your name on them haha
-
My buddy Brad uses them, make they look like they're fake... strangest thing. On a serious note grab some mats or even yoga mats and put th at the end. It's not totally a true deadlift but they'll stop rolling all funky. Might work might not.

I'm doing a race this October. This is my first week of training for it. Feel free to add me; we can rookie our ways through this haha. Also it's a spartan beast race so prolly gonna die. Not from the obstacle; just from 15 miles of awful.

I just sign up for a free trial at whatever gym is in the area or just go to whatever military base is close

The only thing the smith machine is good for is hanging my coat on. If they have a boxes and dip belt you can always throw some heavy weight on those and boom. https://youtu.be/KzKjTR8DKgY

Boom mic operator 3.

Saw IPF world bench press champs this year and it was gnarly. Watch a Japanese women bench her age in kilos... 70k at 70
-
I get the same thing. I up my intake on squat and deadlift days
-
Masters is one of my favorite sections to watch when at a meet. That and anytime I can see Jen Thompson bench. All of my "body building" work is my accessory work. Look at Larry Wheels that dude is ripped and strong AF
-
We I rolled in college we had to do hand stand walks around the gym with our feet on the walls and those damn ball pull ups grips gets crazy . Plus regular strength and conditioning. Was talking with some guys that said they did bouldering in the off season because it's all grip and upper body.
-
He deadlifts at the top of the mountain it's super intense and quite majestic 10/10
-
The crying really hits he upper back and helps the core.
-
Usually 2 sets of AMRAP Then 2x6 depending on how many cries I get in those two amraps
-
My accessory back day consist of Weighted pull ups Lat pullbdowns Face pulls Barbell rows Reverse flys V grip pull downs Straight arm pull downs Crying And Upright rows

Love the fact that crossfit is getting people into lifting, it's getting better as boxs start to bring in qualified lifting instructors good to see strength sports being more mainstream. Not a fan of boxs ran by idiots who look at injury as part of it and teach no form what so ever.
-
Ahh the great Bret Contreras. As a man with strong curves I can say his programming is the bomb. He's also a really nice guy.
-
I have 3x15 Cuban presses in my routine right now. And I feel no shame grabbing the 15..... then the 10s
-
Four scoops of dymatize ISO 100, some water, my own tears because food is just fuel now. 100 grams of protein 5 carbs 7 grams of pure sadness. Take 30 seconds to make.
-
Or klokov press or bradly press. You're like thirty seconds this isn't bad....oh damn arms just fell off.
-
Unless you're doing shoulders. Everything's heavy

Eat big, lift big , leave a big coffin.
