Anyone got a good routine for the back?

Barbell rows, pull ups(assisted until you get stronger), and deadlifts, that's all you need2

For upper and mid back = Pull ups
For lower back = Deadlifts (this'll work your core too, which ain't a bad thing)
The end result = a beautiful back. In my book this ticks many boxes. Good luck...1 -

Back fat is the hardest to get rid off, everything else has to be on point for that to go. Keep at it1 -
As you get stronger, grow you back, don't be afraid to have to go up a size in bras. Those wings need room to fly.1

Handstand push ups. Go against a wall for balance and try them. I consider myself boss if I can do 3 but I know people who can do a ton and they are great for your muscles.0

And there we have it, everyone's different (which I should've said before). My arms, shoulders, legs all lean out first, then its a waiting job everywhere else. Hey ho, I guess my message is don't give up and stick at it.0 -
My accessory back day consist of
Weighted pull ups
Lat pullbdowns
Face pulls
Barbell rows
Reverse flys
V grip pull downs
Straight arm pull downs
Crying
And
Upright rows0 -
Usually 2 sets of AMRAP
Then 2x6 depending on how many cries I get in those two amraps0 -
The crying really hits he upper back and helps the core.

This covers it - all you need - vertical pull - horizontal pull & deadlifts
- if you can't get a pull up you can stand on something -start at the top and lower yourself slowly. pull down will also help you get started - cleans are also good too - Eastcoast Jim1
