My apple watch will sync with MFP but I think something is off still because I will only get about 50 extra calories a day for getting 12,000 steps. For the time being I am still logging my exercise and crossing my fingers hoping this is fixed soon.

I agree that we should take precautions to not spread germs however if you work a job like mine it can be difficult to take time off. That is a good point but I doubt true for me since I drink 32 ounces of water right when I wake up with my thyroid medication. I think I will try out volume eating. That is very interesting. It didn’t occur to me my macro preference may have shifted with the medication, I will definitely mess around with them! I will for sure play with my meal timing too, a bigger breakfast may work since I work up this morning having hunger pangs and ready to gnaw my arm off.

I have told them it’s a problem but the benefit of the medication outweighs the side effect. I have tried switching medications in the past and it never works out well.

It honestly is probably related to skin care more so then diet. Do you wash your face morning and night? Are you using a moisturizer (yes you need to moisturize oily skin too)? Are you using any harsh products on your skin (such as salicylic acid acne products)?

I was thrilled to find a light non dairy ice cream that isn't made with coconut milk! I tried the Vegan halo top and it was horrible and all I could taste was coconut. I can eat dairy most of the time but I bought this for when I have to cut it out due to an IBS flare.

Found these in Wegmans today. They have a good pumpkin flavor and the graham cracker swirl is a nice touch! I would recommend them.
