@dawnbgethealthy I just listened to that podcast while I picked up sticks in my yard. Very interesting. I always assumed if I fasted I would lose more weight and lose more fat. Thank you for sharing that. Keeping a good thought for you and that new job.

@tinathescreamer I agree with regard to giving up things we love completely like bread. It just seems to cause me to crave, cave and then overindulge. Moderation is my plan for this next week.

Ugh, after a 12 hour very strenuous workday I had a late night binge fest with toast and jam, tea with milk and yes -> sugar 😔 and then a very salty bowl of pistachios. Working a double. 7:00 PM 🕰️ I was trying really hard not to have sugar today but I’m crashing. I’m going to stay under my 1400 calorie goal but I’m grabbing a cuppa with 2 sugar packets in it. 🤷♀️

I totally love the suggestion of breaking up meals into two. Mostly because I am an over eater. I don’t really recognize being full until it’s much too late so I am doing that today.
