So maybe just low carb because my doctor suggested low carb to keep maintaining weight loss. I also follow the American Heart Associations guideline for people who have high blood pressure. My pressure is back to normal though with the medication, exercise, and proper eating. It averages about 120/70

Carbs: 50% average about 200 g Fat: 30%. It close to the limit on those Protein: 20% average about half of what I am suppose to eat Fiber: I have started reach my fiber limit since eating more vegetables

Yes I weigh my food with a food scale. I started doing that in December

I cook my eggs with 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. I cook my chicken on the Nuwave oven with only Mrs Dash seasoning to it. I add 1 tablespoon of honey to my oatmeal

I split different parts of my body into 3 different days. I only work my chest muscles on 1 day and shoulders and back on a separate day. Same with legs.

I can cut it to 64 oz. I haven’t been doing it but for 3 days. I don’t like to drink that much in the weekday because I am at work and meetings

I drinking that much by choice. I was looking for the right amount of water to drink a day. I can go all day not really drinking that much.
