    I didnt read this whole thing, just the original post and my question is.... what are you cooking your eggs in, oil, butter? How do you prepare chicken? Are you adding anything to your oatmeal? It’s not just the food that counts, you also need to account for fats and oils in prep.

    I cook my eggs with 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. I cook my chicken on the Nuwave oven with only Mrs Dash seasoning to it. I add 1 tablespoon of honey to my oatmeal

    Please go talk to your cardiologist and tell him how much fluids you drink daily. If your dr has you on a diuretic, you need to let him know how much water you drink daily.

    Its a bit above average, I wouldn't say it's A lot. If spread over the day.
