Hi, I had about 80 lbs to lose and have lost about 40 so far. Down 6, almost 8, pants sizes. I'm doing it despite PCOS and know about the wonders of IBS-C all too well. Definitely on and off. I maintain, but have definitely plateaued. I'll add you and anyone else can feel free to add me (:

Grew up in Marysville, but currently in Texas. Visit from time to time still. Good luck!

Recovering from bulimia here. I think the hardest part of all of this is overcoming the mental part of all of it. Prior to this last weight gain I would eat maybe tops 1200 calories (averaged more around 800 most days) and then do a minimum of 2 hours at the gym and if i ate more during one od my binge episodes i felt like…

Feel free to add me as well. I'm about a week into returning on here after an extended break and all the support helps! Good luck everyone

Good luck! I have about 30lbs of my goal of 80lbs total left to lose so it is possible (:
-
I'm 5'11. Started at 261 and am now at 216. Don't have a goal weight anymore because I'm sitting at 20 percent body fat, but my current goal is to get between 14-16 percent body fat. Anyone on here can feel free to add me.

Down 45lbs overall here. Gotten to the point that it's more about body fat percent than weight now though.

I suffer from both chronic and mental illness. Feel free to add me (:

10 lbs in 3 weeks is actually a pretty substantial loss and sounds like the low carb is really working for you. I have PCOS and am about 4 weeks in and have lost about 14lbs, a few more than logged on here because I gained a few lbs from the last recorded weight. Depending on your stats, you shouldn't aim to lose more than…

I feel you. My weight gain occurred while in an abusice relationship, and I recently relocated to San Antonio with no friends or family near me. I'm down about 32 lbs from my highest weight though. You can do it!

We're pretty close. I'm in Texas 5'11 SW 260 CW 230 GW 175-180

I'm in San Antonio. Afraid I don't have advice for 3000 calories though. I struggle meeting my 1700 lol

Plus size here. I'm at 230 and aiming for 175. Feel free to add me. (:

I never utilized the community aspect of this app either until this time, and it has helped a lot. I'm on my 12 days of continously logging and find that havimg messages to answer and support in general keeps me logging on and being accountable. Good luck this time around!

I'm 30 lbs down from my highest weight and still have about 55 more to go. Already feeling positive benefits though so definitely worth it!
-
Feel free to add me. Never hurts to have more support to help motivate each other. (:

It is completely normal to experience emotions. Like already mentioned people can use eating as a coping mechanism. Also, if your carb intake has dramatically reduced it can make you fatigued and irritable. Your body is trying to adjust to a lot at once. I'm a little over a 3 weeks into my own journey and last week I was a…

I have pcos as well, but haven't dedicated to doing keto. I do keep my carb intake at about 150-180g a day and sugar at 40-60g a day. I'm getting results that way and not feeling the symptoms. I imagine keto will probably help you see results. Good luck!

My best advice is just to watch sugar and carbs the most. I know if I eat a heavy sugar and carb diet my anxiety spikes up and i start getting left side flank pain. Sugar is especially the worst. That'll make me gain weight faster than anything.

I'm looking to lose about 55-60 lbs. Down 30 lbs already. My biggest advice is that most of it is diet. I can work out all day long but if I eat like crap the scale goes nowhere.

I have PCOS which causes insulin resistance. Not diabetes but can become diabetes and heart disease real fast. I found that limiting carbs and sugar has been the best thing for me to do. I started doing it about 3 weeks ago and am down nearly 8 and a half lbs. My cravings disappeared as well, although the initial cutting…

I have PCOS and the low carb next to no sugar thing helps me lose weight. If I keep my carb intake at about 100-180 grams a day and my sugar between 20-60 grams a day I see results. The insulin resistance is what causes the weight gain and higher levels of insulin increase testosterone levels which causes the reproductive…

Hi, I as well have PCOS and still have about 60lbs to lose. From my highest weight I've lost about 30lbs so far. I was at about 185 and then found myself in an abusive relationship. Shot up to 260 and am about 230 currently. Aiming for 175. I'm trying really hard to do it without taking metformin. I've found since a lot of…

Hi, I'm from San Antonio, TX. Trying really hard to stay active on here because it keeps me accountable. Doing good so far lol

I think it really depends on the person. I do both classes and the gym, but find certain classes to be more fun than the gym, which makes me more likely to workout. I personally love pole dance fitness and aerial fitness. Working out is a lot more fun when spinning upside down. They both do a lot of flexibility and…
