I have had this account for many years. My weight has been up and down. I think the reason why is because I haven't added any friends on this site, always wanted to do it alone. I never utilized the community aspect of this app either until this time, and it has helped a lot. I'm on my 12 days of continously logging and find that havimg messages to answer and support in general keeps me logging on and being accountable. Good luck this time around!1

The community here is filled with amazing supportive people I have come to find ! Everyday I find new recipes, ideas, or just support to help on my journey, adding friends is a definite plus !1

I use this site for purely social purpose only. I don't track food and I don't track my workouts. I did fine when I was gone for 4 years, but Im doing much better since coming back and it has been way more fun.1
