Hello! So far, as of my weigh in yesterday I have lost a total of 22lbs!!7

I’ve lost 12lb in one week from just giving up chocolate/sweets and not eating after 6pm
I realise this week coming probably won’t yield any weight loss, but I’m still delighted to get off to such a positive start.7 -
32 lbs since November, tons more to go though. Now that I've had the initial woosh of weight loss I know it will happen a lot slower, but still hoping for 2lbs per week for the next few months.3

That's fab. I've given up sweets and chocolate too my 1st week Ibe lost 7lbs but my biggest weekness is eating at night.2 -

Down 45lbs overall here. Gotten to the point that it's more about body fat percent than weight now though.2

Hi! Im new here! Started exactly a week ago and i lost 4.4 lbs already! Im so excited! I know the first month is usually the fastest in weight loss and then it slows down but its a big boost of motivation!3

As of today morning i've lost 34lb. I started at 175lb on Jan 1st 2017. I'm 5'2". I still have 6 pounds to lose to reach my first goal of 135lb and also achieve a normal BMI. After that my next goal is to lose 10 pounds to 125lb and maintain between 125-130lb. I'm hoping by my birthday in June i will be less than 135lb.3

Hi everyone! BuckeyeYogi from Ohio here. I’m down 13+ pounds so far in just over two months. Considering that was even with all the holiday eating, I’m pretty happy with that so far!1
